A: To keep our prices low and pass the savings onto you, we operate solely online and do not have a physical storefront. A: We offer free shipping within Metro Manila. for shipping outside of Metro Manila, please contact us for a shipping quote. Our standard shipping takes 5-7 days, but we also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 7-day return policy for unused urns. If for any reason the urn arrives damaged or defective, we will happily provide a refund or exchange. Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We currently only offer shipping within the Philippines, specifically within Metro Manila and nearby provinces. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, if you have a special request or situation, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

A: Our urns come in three main materials: marble, brass and biodegradable materials. our marble urns are made of high-quality, durable marble that will stand the test of time. Our brass urns are crafted from premium brass, which provides a sleek and polished look. We also offer biodegradable urns that are made of eco-friendly materials and are suitable for ground burials. All of our urns are carefully selected to provide our customers with the best quality and selection.

Q: Are your urns suitable for scattering ashes?
A: We do not recommend our urns for scattering ashes. Our urns are designed for permanent placement and display. Additionally, we are not able to provide guidance on the legality of scattering ashes. We suggest consulting with local authorities or a funeral director for more information on the proper and legal way to scatter ashes.
